The hotel was little, and I liked it. The staff was extremely helpful and excellent, I stayed for 3 nights. The location of the property was marvellous - at a medium distance from Southover Grange Gardens. My stay was REALLY NICE here.

The breakfast had a good choice of options, coffee, tea, eggs, bangers, and bacon. There were beautifully decorated rooms with airy balcony.

We had a fantastic stay at this newly refurbished hotel. The room looked brand new and everything was neat and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The shower was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. We also loved the great terrace in our suite room. we were extremely impressed with the accommodations.

We did encounter a couple of minor issues during our stay. there was no elevator in the hotel, which made it a bit inconvenient for us as we were traveling with big suitcases.

The highlight for me was the delicious shower - it was just what I needed after a long day of exploring. The location was perfect too, with everything I wanted to see and do within walking distance.

The newly refurbished hotel is located in the heart of the city with plenty of parking options. The shower is great and the bed is comfy. The terrace in the suite room is lovely and perfect for a relaxing evening.

There is no elevator, which can be inconvenient for those traveling with heavy luggage or strollers. during our winter stay, the bathroom remained cold despite the AC heating the room quickly.

Wow, what an amazing Thanksgiving stay! the hotel was newly refurbished and we could tell that nothing was left out. the shower was great and the bed was so comfortable. Plus, the hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. We especially loved the great terrace in the room, which was perfect for having a cup of coffee in the morning sun. the location was fantastic! It was right in the heart of the city, which made it easy to explore the area and take in all the sights.
